Osterman Research published a white paper, sponsored by Novell. This white paper, sponsored by Novell, discusses the impact that labor
and downtime can have on the total cost of managing a messaging system.
Although this white paper was sponsored by Novell, the company did not
commission the survey data presented in this document. Instead,
Osterman Research conducted independent research to understand the cost
of ownership for various email systems.
This white paper presents the results of that research, as well as our
