As part of the GroupWise@Home project, Klaus Igel, one of our
beta-testers, created a very cool tool. Thunderbird 2 GroupWise is a
user friendly tool that transfers the existing mails
from a Thunderbird mail client into GroupWise. Thunderbird 2 GroupWise creates the complete folder structure as it was in Thunderbird and transfers all mail items into the corresponding folders.

GroupWise EasyInstall by Tommy Mikkelsen - FREE Tool
This cool tool allows you to install the Novell GroupWise client
usingSetUpIP, even if the user is not an administrator on the local
workstation. A simple wizard will collect some details needed to create
a modified SETUPIP.EXE, which can then be used to role out the
GroupWise client very easily.

GroupWise Shared Address Books Reporting by Tommy Mikkelsen - FREE Tool
What is ASBRep? ASBRep stands for AddressBook Shared Reporting, which is a small utility written by one of the OpenHorizons Dudes. This allows a GroupWise Administrator to create a report about which user shared an address book to his co-workers, as well as the rights shared.

GroupWise Shared Folder Reporting by Tommy Mikkelsen - FREE Tool
What is FLDRep? FLDRep stands for Shared Folder Reporting, this tool allows you to generate a list of all the shared folders, that your users have created, as well as the status of those folders. This is useful, if you need to get an overview, or if you plan to move your users to another postoffice.

GW2Skype records data on phone calls made through Skype into your GroupWise mailbox. This is a great way of using GroupWise to keep track of all the calls that you have made with Skype, including missed and declined calls.

GWFetchMail is the ultimate tool to collect e-mail from one or more external POP mailboxes and route them into your GroupWise system. As GWFetchMail is a back-end service running on a server, the mail will be collected even if you have not started your GroupWise client. This is ideal for those situations when you have external mailboxes and people within your organization with for example PDA's connected to GroupWise would need access to these messages at all times.

iCal2GW - Integrate Teaming with GroupWise Calendaring - TRIAL Version
The iCal2GW service synchronizes events, tasks andmilestones from any calendar source in the iCal format into GroupWise
calendars. This solution can be used to synchronize from sources on the Internet as well as with your Novell Teaming server - very cool!

This cool tool allows you to easily check if a certain e-mail address is already in use by executing a search in your eDirectory. This will allow you or anyone else to quickly decide if an e-mail address is already in use, without the need to use ConsoleOne.

GroupWise Address Book to CSV Export by Tommy Mikkelsen - FREE Tool
This cool tool will allow you to export a GroupWise Addressbook into a CSV - comma seperated file or a tab delimited text file. After selecting the address book, you can select which fields should be exported and if you want to include header as well. The header fields can even be customized, which is really cool!
