Public beta of GroupWise Bonsai Now available - Learn even more during our Summits |

Here's some exciting news: you can now
evaluate GroupWise Bonsai yourself, as you can download the Public
Beta from the Novell website. Quite a few people involved with
GroupWiseR have been involved with the closed beta (for example, Danita Zanrè, Gert ter Burg, Uwe Carsten Krause, Erno de Korte and many more) for quite some
time now and we're glad that each of you will finally get the opportunity
to have a closer look at this new version yourself. And we can indeed
recommend to take a good look, really spend some time, because this new version
incorporates many bigger (contact management), but even more smaller changes - this release has been very
much driven by the requests many of us have had for years. So don't just
install and have a quick look, dive in deep to find all the
nice stuff.

 However, ultimately the best thing to do is to download this version here yourself and install it on your testing system. |
 Of course, as this is still a beta version, we do not advise you to install this in your production environment, although several of the sites which have been working in the closed beta do in fact already run Bonsai in production, some of them for quite some time. However, this is not officially advised until the final release.

We're very interested in your experiences, you can either send them directly to us at info@groupwiser.net or use the GroupWiseR Preflight option at www.groupwiser.net/preflight. By using the Preflight option we can also easily share the results with others thru our Open Horizons Magazine and thru the GroupWiseR website.
Of course this new release will be one of the main themes of our upcoming Summits, either at the two-day UK Summit in October or the CEE Summit in Poland early November. And if you can spend more time on this you are of course invited to join us for the EMEA Summit at the end of November, where we offer three days of Hands-On labs presented by world famous speakers. And as this is the 5th anniversary of this event , there will be a lot of special festivities as well, of course, to celebrate the anniversary and the release of Bonsai a.k.a. GroupWise 8.
