GroupLink Corporation, the leader in help desk for Novell environments, announces Novell ZENworks 10 integration with everything HelpDesk®. The ZENworks 10 integration will add to the current integration with GroupWise or Exchange, eDirectory or Active Directory (LDAP) and Linux (OES2/SLES10).

everything HelpDesk - The Novell Integrated HelpDesk Solution - will feature ZENworks 10 integration in the 2nd Quarter of 2009. GroupLink’s priority for integration points are:
  • View the ZEN asset information from within the help desk ticket
  • Launch a remote session directly within the HelpDesk ticket using ZENworks, and automatically record that remote session in the ticket history.
  • Tie your ZEN assets to help desk tickets via the everything HelpDesk® to identify troubled assets and make sure they are fixed before warranty expiration
