Cancellation Policy of the Regional Summits
If you have to cancel your attendance of one of the Regional Summits please note this:
- Our cancellation policy allows a full refund if canceled no later than 45 calendar days in advance before the event starts.
- When canceled earlier than 30 calendar days in advance you will receive a refund of 50%.
- When canceled within 30 days we will be unable to offer you a refund.
- All cancellations need to be done in writing (NO e-mail), per letter or
per fax to the address or fax number provided on the confirmation or
invoice.
- You can transfer your Regional Summit Pass to anyone else, as long as you make sure that you notify us immediately and before the event.
