• From M3, come off at Junction 3 (signposted Bracknell) and turn right at the roundabout (3rd exit) heading towards Bracknell.
• Go through a set of traffic lights, and follow this dual carriageway along for a few miles heading towards Bracknell.
• Go straight over first roundabout (Coral Reef is on your left.)
• Go straight through main traffic lights (Hilton National Hotel is slightly ahead and to your left.)
• Go straight on (2nd exit) at the next roundabout. (You will see Bracknell Sports Centre on your left.) Follow dual carriageway to the next roundabout.
• At this next roundabout take the 2nd exit (Downshire Way.)
• At the next roundabout (Twin Bridges) go through 3 sets of traffic lights and under the bridge, then take the 2nd exit (signposted to Arlington Square) and continue along Downshire Way with the Arlington Square waterfall sign on your right.
• At the next roundabout turn right into Arlington Square and Novell House is on your right.

• From M4, come off at Junction 10. Follow signs to Bracknell and you will join the A329M.
• Go over the Wokingham flyover and at the next roundabout continue straight along the A329.
• At the next roundabout, turn left and go under the bridge and then take the 2nd exit (signposted to Arlington Square) and continue along Downshire Way with the Arlington Square waterfall sign on your right.
• At the next roundabout turn right into Arlington Square and Novell House is on your right.
